Greatest asset that this unit has, is that it can be rented short term. Can sleep 5 guest. Parking can be rented by the month for The Landmark which is directly across the street from the Royal Aloha. Heu Properties rents 3 parking stalls from the Landmark for the short term rentals we manage in the Royal Aloha, parking across the street has not deterred guest reservations. There is a washer and a dryer on every floor and additional washers and dryers in the basement of the Royal Aloha. Summer, June through August, are the best short term rental period for the Royal Aloha.
